Last Friday, March 15th, a new member was incorporated to SPIKA TECH; with a great reception by the way; students and workers in “Aula HP”, stopped their tasks to welcome and interact with him.
“Canito”, I decided to name it like that, in honor of Juan Sebastián Elcano, it incorporate to keep and expand our research sides in Artificial Intelligence and chatbot. It will be him who welcome the visitors who visit our exposition “Navigate Necesse Est”.

The article says, among other interesting and worrying things: “European countries can’t compete with China in I+D investments and productions of new technologies. While Merkel Government have decided to invest 3,000 millions euros in artificial intelligence till 2025, China will invest 130,000 millions til 2030”, Müller-Marcus explained.
And, we, Spain; where we are.
The article says: “The Government have presented in Granada their strategy for an ethic artificial intelligence. According to the President of the Government, this document is the first step to elaborate the National Strategy of Artificial Intelligence, for that elaboration eleven ministry will collaborate, and will be ready in 2019”
So, you already know, China 130,000 millions, Alemania 3,000 and we are redacting the document of our strategy.
It doesn’t matter the Government color. If education deal is basic and essential for the development of our country, it is not less important the researching and both have to be a priority to all parents of this beloved country, if we want our young people to have a better future.
While, one more time, the entrepreneurs, with investments as limited and tiny, against the numbers of others countries and of course, with the will and the effort of teachers and researchers, we try to go step by step for the new generations have at least a minimum contact with emergent technologies.
