Last November of 2016, the “HP Classroom” was launched, on the Mostoles Campus of the Rey Juan Carlos University.
A public-private initiative that was born from the alliance between the University itself and the companies Hewlett Packard and Spika Tech.
- The “HP Classroom”, created in collaboration with Spika Tech, is equipped with advanced virtual reality technology to carry out complex projects in areas such as medicine, architecture, aeronautics and industry in general.
- In addition to training to the future specialists in virtual reality and augmented reality, the objective of the new center is to promote the research and development of these technologies.
Rubén Álvarez, our administrator, said: “From today, all Spanish companies and the rest of Europe will have a reference laboratory in which they can carry out their projects accompanied by the most qualified professionals and teachers in the virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (RA) sector. ”
